ProFast Commercial Flooring, LLC was approached by Whiting-Turner General Contractors to supply the cost-efficient, high-end materials they wanted from around the world. The expertly-chosen stone tiles grace the hotel’s grand lobby floors, every guest bathroom on the shower walls, shower floors, shower curbs, stone base, stone flooring and stone backsplash, along with throughout the restaurant and bar floors, interior and exterior fireplaces and public bathrooms. Riggs Hotel Washington DC offers guests something personal and unexpected with rooms designed to evoke the thrill of opening a safety-deposit box—a playful nod to the building’s history as an iconic bank.

All 181 guest rooms and suites feature views of the vibrant Penn Quarter and are outfitted with bath amenities from fragrance house D.S. & Durga in its signature Debaser scent, bespoke wallpaper and headboards in collaboration with design studio Voutsa, and Italian Carrara marble.
